Will Gordon to Honor Reagen at the Wells Fargo Championship

Writer: Cody MarkelCody Markel

Will Gordon is heading home to Charlotte, North Carolina and when he does he will be sporting towels designed by Reagen.

When Reagan was 7, she noticed back pain and a limp in her leg. After many doctors’ visits, an MRI revealed that Reagan had a tumor on her spine. She had surgery to remove the tumor and was paralyzed from the waist down following the procedure. Reagan spent seven weeks in the hospital learning to walk again. During a follow-up scan, her doctors learned that there was still part of the tumor there. She had another surgery at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and walked out of the hospital five days later. Reagan’s third surgery was April 2019 for a spinal fusion. She is still healing, but she has not lost her love for sports. She is the manager of her school volleyball team while she recovers.
